Here is a super simple recipe for some chocolate chex mix! This is a very easy snack to make for kids school parties and Valentine’s/Galentine’s parties. The salty sweet combo is addictive!

Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Chex Mix
Easy chocolate covered chex mix with festive m&ms.
Servings 10
Ingredients
- 4 cups plain popcorn
- 4 cups mini pretzels
- 4 cups Chex rice cereal plain gluten free
- 1 lb white chocolate/almond bark
- 1/2 cup valentine's m&ms optional
Instructions
- Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix the popcorn, mini pretzels, and chex rice cereal.
- In a separate microwavable bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture and toss until evenly coated. Spread evenly over the prepared cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle the m&ms over the mixture. Let dry. Enjoy!
Notes
- I used 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels and followed the instructions on the bag for popping the kernels.
- I used “vanilla almond bark” from Target. This is the kind of chocolate that comes in big cubes.
- In addition to m&ms you can add festive sprinkles!

We hope y’all enjoy this recipe!
