A rare occurence! It snowed in Alabama. The snow is so peaceful and fun. Elvis (my poodle) thought it was the best thing ever! I mean, look at how happy he is!
This is the shiny coat from JCrew that I got when we went to NYC. The perfect amount of cozy and chic. I love the gold buttons! It looks like it is almost sold out when I am writing this, but the way JCrew describes this coat is “Collection textured metallic sweater-coat” if that helps when trying to shop second hand like Poshmark or Mercari.
On a more practical note, fleece lined leggings are the perfect addition for a snow day. I found these on Amazon and here is the link. They are the best winter basic/winter staple! I also wore them all around NYC in December and they really do keep you warm!
I added my cowboy boots but if I was walking around the woods, I would opt for a heavier boot.
All in all, the perfect cozy day with a side of americanos!
