The temperatures have dropped significantly, which means we are inside the house more. However, on these cold days, we have been keeping warm with Hot Chocolate. And lots of it! This simple recipe (scroll to the bottom of the page) for hot chocolate has been on repeat!
Ingredients: Milk, cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla
The recipe is really one you can adjust to your taste! If you prefer a rich chocolate flavor, you can increase the amount of cocoa powder and pull back on the amount of sugar.
We used 2% milk, however, you can certainly use whatever you prefer. Whole milk really provides a lovely consistency as well!
Using a cute mug like this one just makes us happy!
