Welcome to my post about Halloween! What a fun way to kick off the holiday season. We had quite the spread of Halloween themed party food which was fun for everyone, especially the kiddos! The color scheme for this party was black, silver, and some gold.
We of course had to include the classics like dirt pudding cups and hot dog mummies.

These Halloween treat bags were the perfect touch for the green popcorn! They were such a hit! Under $5 too!

Our pumpkin pie recipe can be found here!

Hanging witch hats are sooo cute!

I cut out these bats from black felt paper and used double sided tape to attach them to the wall! Less than $1 to make.

Our Halloween Party Checklist:
- Party Decor: spooky hand treat bags, crow snack plates, dancing skeleton plates, skull napkins, bleeding taper candles, silver platters, gold tassels
- Food: hotdog mummies, popcorn/pretzel/chex white chocolate mix, pumpkin pie, dirt pudding cups,
- Drinks: edible glitter, halloween punch, witches brew
- Activities: halloween activity coloring books, treasure hunt, painting pumpkins
The punch pitchers I used were old from Anthropologie and IKEA. Adding edible glitter to the punch created a potion vibe! The silver placemats are old from World Market but I think they added a nice touch of texture! You can find silver platters at the dollar store or even thrift stores.
This holiday season is so much fun. I love leaning into the festivities and making all the memories! Getting everyone together to celebrate is the best feeling. This Halloween party we had a few activities for the kids planned which included a treasure hunt with a map for them to find little gifts. It was a blast!
Happy Halloween!
Xoxo,
Kaitlyn and Kemily
