When you come across an abundance of beautiful fresh strawberries, what should you make? Or maybe you picked strawberries straight from the strawberry patch? Answer: Strawberry freezer jam! This means that those fresh strawberries will last even longer and can be enjoyed all season long. This particular recipe requires very few ingredients. It also does not require any cooking or heating up the jars. (If you are familiar with canning, you know what I am talking about)

Ahhh this makes me so happy! A bowl of fresh strawberries on a Spring Day?! Yes!

I used this recipe linked here. Follow the recipe exactly and you end up with perfect jam. Cole and I have been putting this on buttered sourdough toast and let me tell you, it makes me so happy!
