This simple recipe makes delicious meal prep out of flank steak! Having some protein already prepared makes for quick meals especially during a busy week. You could also cook up extra rice and make several meals out of this combo.
This would be an easy high protein meal prep recipe! If you need a high protein breakfast idea, I recommend having this steak with eggs. I also think serving this steak on a Caesar salad would be so delish. Our go-to combo with this steak is a taco-bowl with rice, salsa, fresh cilantro, chopped onion, and lime juice. Extra delicious with chips and guacamole!
I also love recipes that include ingredients you are likely to have on hand in your pantry! The apple cider vinegar in this recipe helps tenderize the flank steak. We seared it up nicely on our Blackstone grill! (Wait, did you know you can make pancakes on a Blackstone top? We do all the time!)
