This blueberry simple syrup recipe is so easy to make and full of flavor. Not to mention, you can use this blueberry simple syrup for lots of different drinks! I keep seeing blueberry iced lattes in coffee shops and on Instagram. You can easily use this blueberry simple syrup recipe for an iced latte blueberry latte. And for Italian cream sodas, cocktails, blueberry lemonade, on top of pancakes, etc..
They say it’s a “Martha Stewart Summer” and does this not fit the vibe!?
This recipe only requires fresh blueberries (although I bet you could substitute with frozen) and sugar, a pinch of salt, and water. That’s it!








Okay, time for the recipe!

Blueberry Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the blueberries, sugar, water, and salt in a saucepan over medium low heat. Bring to a boil.
- Cook for 10 mins. Remove from heat.
- Strain the mixture and discard the strained hulls. Pour into a storage container.
- Enjoy!
