Christmas in NYC! What a dream to visit during the holiday season. The air is crisp and the fashion is fun! I love that during the cold weather you can layer up and add all the fun textures and patterns. It feels a little more glam when sipping coffee and exploring! In this post, I am sharing some snapshots of how festive the city is this time of year.

This leopard print shift dress was a last minute find before the trip (and dressed up, you’d never know it was only $34 from target!!!). I also found my favorite way to layer over my dresses would be a slightly cropped cardigan. Chic and a light layer!
Our Itinerary for NYC During the Holiday Season:
- December 13th : Landed in JFK and rode the Subway to our hotel. We stayed at “Hilton Club The Quin New York” and this hotel was perfection! The location was perfection. We could walk everywhere and were right beside Central Park.
- We grabbed a bagel from Liberty Bagel. We then checked out the Christmas light display at Radio City, Rockefeller Center, the lights at Saks, etc.. We also walked down 5th ave to see all the designer stores. Fabulous!
- Dinner was pizza at Angelo’s Pizza by the hotel. It was delish!
- December 14th: Slow morning and grabbed coffee from Zibetto Espresso Bar. This coffee bar is really close to the hotel. We got americanos and they were delicious.
- We walked a lot in Central Park and made our way to a sandwich shop called “Gourmet Bagel” located at 874 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10065.
- From there we went shopping on Madison Ave. specifically JCrew and Barbour. I got a pretty sparkly black sweater/coat from JCrew with gold buttons that I am wearing in these photos.
- After shopping, we made our way through Central Park and saw Wollman Rink all lit up and it was spectacular.
- We then grabbed dinner at a delicious Ramen place called “Shinjuku Ramen” and the address is 58 W 56th St 1st floor, New York, NY 10019. This restaurant is close to the hotel too!
- December 15th: Coffee again from Zibetto Espresso Bar and then pastries from “Le Pain Quotidian” and the address is 250 W. 55th St. New York, NY 10019.
- We went to the MET museum and had lunch there. That evening we walked through Central Park to get back to the hotel.
- For dinner we walked to Italian food at Serafina located on 210 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019. Cozy for a cold night! After dinner we walked to see Times Square and then back to the hotel.
- December 16th: Got coffee again from Zibetto Espresso Bar and another morning of pastries from Le Pain (address above).
- Then walked to Grand Central Station.
- Next was lunch at the iconic Keens Chophouse located at 2 W 36th St., New York, NY 10018. It is a NYC icon and incredible steakhouse.
- We walked to Ralph’s Coffee and I got a mocha. The address is 888 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10021. You have to go during Christmas! We also just loved walking around this area.
- Dinner was back to Shinjuku Ramen (address above). Then the hotel.
- December 17th: We walked around central park for one final time before going to the airport.
And that sums up our trip. I absolutely had best time!!
Merry Christmas Eve everyone!!
Xoxo,
Kemily
