Anyone who knows me knows I love coffee! Lattes, americanos, brewed coffee etc… you can count me in! Here is how I make my current favorite coffee which is a gingerbread americano! I like this lighter take on a holiday drink. So first, I make my double espresso and then add a tablespoon of gingerbread syrup (recipe below).
After mixing the gingerbread syrup with the espresso, I add the hot water. Top with some whipped cream (I added some of the syrup for a little something extra) and cinnamon. Holiday cheer in a cup!
